Well, I will reveal what I plan to wear for V-Day. Some old, comfortable pants and a Goonies T-shirt, accented by my lambs’ wool slippers from Cabela’s outfitters! Ta-daaaaaa!
Well, I have to say, I’ll probably be wearing paint. All over my clothes that is:) We are in the process of painting in our new home and I want to move in soon so I am using that time to paint with the hubby. I think we may take a break though and grab something to eat, which I’ll change clothes but just into another pair of jeans and a nicer top to have a little V-day celebration. Just the two of us while my mom babysits. It will still be memorable I’m sure:) Congrats on the wedding! A year and a half ago I was doing the same as you. Take it all in and have a great time. Word of advice – Don’t spend your time talking to everyone at the reception. I made sure everyone knew I was not going to spend my time doing that. If they wanted to talk, they could find me on the dance floor. And it worked. I had a blast. Good Luck and Best Wishes!
We plan to go out to dinner at our favorite Chinese restaurant, so I’ll wear a casual-but-nice turtleneck and matching sweater with basic black slacks and accessorize with one of my handmade red heart pins.
I plan on wearing a pair of black dress pants, with a beige sweater turtleneck and a black and beige jacket for my night on the town with my very special Valentine!!
For anyone who knows me, they know I will be wearing my heart on my sleeves. To show love is to know love.
