The Bride Below the Surface

So I have made one definite decision so far for my wedding. The shoes. Everything else is up in the air, the date, the church, the reception site, the honeymoon, but I know what I want my shoes to look like! Over time the bride’s shoes have transitioned from being the traditional white bedroom slipper-like shoe to something more dramatic. I can’t imagine walking outside on those slipper-like shoes, I’d probably step on a rock! Some have chosen white shoes that are wearable outside of the wedding day, others have opted for the white flip-flops because they are oh so comfy. Me? I want bright pink high heeled peep-toe shoes! I know I won’t be able to find exactly what I want in a store, so I plan to have someone take my design and make them, not sure who yet. Any suggestions would be great :)

    Darn it! I totally wish I would’ve found you sooner. I would’ve been more than happy to custom design your pink peep toes for you :) Did you end up making them? I think it’s a wonderful idea – definitely adds a touch of your modern personality into your look on YOUR big day.
